Rates

Effective from 1st January till 31st December 2012

N.B. 1. All rates shown are on a ‘per person per day’ basis.
N.B. 2. For single supplement please add 50% to the applicable rate.
N.B. 3. For groups larger than 8 persons please use the 8 persons rates.
N.B. 4. For Ngorongoro Ndutu Area please use ‘Serengeti National Park Rates.’

The following services are included as part of the rates to be found on page 1.:

· Breakfast, lunch (including picnic lunches) and dinner (Full Board).
· All beverages excluding Champagnes and premium Brandies but including Sparkling wine.
· All laundry of a personal nature.
· VAT, all Government taxes and service charges.

The following items are excluded and do not form part of the rates to be found on page 1.:

· Park fees and park camping fees.
· Staff gratuities (voluntary).

 TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Third Beds:

Rates charged in the event of a third person sharing a tent with two adults will be as follows:

A) Infants aged 0 to 2 years – Free of any Charge.
B) Children aged 3 to 15 years – 50% of adult rate.
C) Adults and young adults over 16 years – 75% of adult rate.

2. Payments:

A deposit of 50% is required upon confirmation of your booking. The balance or full payment must be made 45 days prior to your intended Safari.

3. Cancellation Policy:

Bookings that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (hereby
collectively called a ‘Cancellation’) are subject to “Cancellation” fees under the following terms:

Between 30 days and 7 days prior to arrival – a 50% cancellation fee will be payable.

7 days or less prior to arrival – a 100% cancellation fee will be payable.

4. Driver Guide Costs:

Driver Guides will be provided with accommodation, Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner and 3 bottles of minerals or mineral water per day for a charge of US $20 per Driver Guide per day. Surcharges apply in the event that you require your Driver Guides to take meals with you.

5. Government Taxes:

Intimate Places reserves the right to increase the rates reflected in this document in the event that Government either institutes new taxes or increases existing taxes.
